At the Rotary lunch meeting on October 25, President Sally Parris presented a $1000 check to Kate Petrov from the Greenwich  Library for the Greenwich Reads Together program.

Karen Royce was the speaker for the November 1 Rotary lunch. She updated the members on the Endupoto School in Tanzania that Greenwich Rotary helps to sponsor.
Karen was presented with a check for $5000 toward our continued support of the school. As a member of Neighbor to Neighbor, Karen was presented with a check for $1200 to help them pay for their new computer software that will help them to better track their volunteer hours as well as their food sources, food stock and food distribution.

At the November 1 lunch meeting, the Club said a formal good-by to Linda Baulsir who has resigned for reasons of health. The Club recognized Linda's service above self for a number of years in the area of international projects in Tanzania and Peru as she chaired the Club's International Committee.

On November 14,  Rotarians helped distribute Turkeys at Neighbor to Neighbor.

On November 15, the Club began its annual gift giving and holiday raffle program. Members purchase gifts needed by Family Centers Inc. to help with Christmas requests.
On December 13, all the gifts will be brought to Rotary lunch, when they will be "raffled" to raise money for Neighbor to Neighbor. What the members are actually bidding on are items worth $50.00 wrapped and placed with the gifts.
